Christmas 2024 – Last Order Dates
The following Last Order dates apply as advised by our couriers.
Gifts may still be ordered after this time, and we will ship every day including Tuesday 24th December,
though gifts will not arrive before Christmas Day. Please note, couriers do not deliver on weekends unless otherwise specified.
DAILY ORDER CUT-OFF is MIDDAY weekdays. SAME-DAY SYDNEY CUT-OFF is 10.45am weekdays.

Available for all orders of $150 or more going to a single location. Gifts are shipped within 48 hours and arrive according to Startrack courier schedules (see below). Preferred delivery dates cannot be selected.
Premium Shipping allows selection of a Preferred Delivery Date at checkout. Gifts will be delivered using the fastest courier (unless more than 1 option is availbale, in which case you may choose your preference), to ensure your Preferred Delivery Date is met. Charity Hampers cannot be held responsible for unexpected courier delays due to Covid workloads, poor weather etc.

For deliveries of more than one hamper to a single destination, freight is calculated at full rate for the first hamper and $10 for each hamper thereafter. Late Delivery – If an order does not arrive by the due date, please advise Charity Hampers at your earliest convenience. Charity Hampers will lodge an inquiry with the carrier and ensure that delivery occurs as soon as possible.
Delivery Date – We will attempt to deliver as close as possible to your requested delivery date. Charity Hampers uses external carriers and makes every effort to deliver an order by the date requested. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
Delivery Times – Delivering to certain areas, combined with the seasonal demand on courier and transport companies, at the time of ordering allowance should be made for delivery times as follows:
